Community Update 18th August 2006

This is the Community Update for 18th August 2006, including Game Updates and Funcom at Dragoncon.

Game Updates

The 16.3 update is being put through its final paces and preparations on the test dimension. We hope to be able to release the update on the live dimenions next week. Keep your eyes out for the update schedule early next week.

You can find the preliminary content notes for the update over on our official forums and you can discuss them on the update forum as well.

Funcom at Dragoncon

A reminder this week that the Dragoncon convention in Atlanta is closing in fast and we will again be having a player gathering for people to come and meet us and chat about the game and join in on some competitions and fun!

There will be members of the development team there to answer your questions and join in the fun!

All players of Funcom titles are welcome to come by the booth and meet US as well members of ARK and the GridStream Production Crew.

See the Dragoncon schedule for times and locations. Stop by the Funcom booth in the Marriott (booth 211) for info on a special Saturday night gathering. Attend in costume or bring an item fashioned after one from Anarchy Online and get a prize, and be sure to study up for the AO trivia contest!
